Composition and characteristics of cationic fabrics

Cationic fabric is a kind of cationic yarn with special treatment, such as cationic polyester yarn or cationic nylon yarn.
Cationic fabric is polyester fabric. Generally, cationic filament is used in warp direction and ordinary polyester filament is used in weft direction. Dyes are also used in dyeing. Ordinary dyes are used for polyester filament and cationic dyes are used for cationic filament. The cloth surface effect will have a two-color effect.
Cations are resistant to high temperature, so in the process of yarn coloring, other yarns will be colored, while cationic yarns will not. In this case, the dyed yarn will show a two-color effect, and the yarn with this effect can be made into various clothing, so there will be cationic fabrics.
Features of cationic fabric:
1. One of the characteristics of cationic fabric is the two-color effect, which can be used to replace some color woven two-color fabrics, thereby reducing the cost of the fabric. This is the characteristic of cationic fabric, but it also limits its characteristics. In the face of multi-color color woven fabrics, cationic fabrics can only be replaced.
2. Cationic fabric has bright color and is suitable for artificial fiber, but it has poor color fastness to light and washing of natural cellulose and protein fabrics.
3. The abrasion resistance of cationic fabric is also very good. After adding polyester, spandex and other artificial fibers, the strength is higher, the elasticity is better, and the abrasion resistance is only inferior to nylon.
4. Cationic fabrics have some chemical properties, such as corrosion resistance, weak alkali resistance, bleach resistance, oxidant, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, as well as some physical properties, such as ultraviolet resistance
